Carmine’s ‘Q Sauce is the brainchild of a young 10-year-old, and his love of BBQ wanting to make his entrepreneurial debut in the food industry, and what a ride it has been. Carmine is always thinking of new flavors (A chip off the old butcher block).

All flavors are made in small batches, Gluten Free, Vegan and made with quality local ingredients to ensure impeccable taste to all your gourmet creations.

Carmine is an older “Teenprenur” he is called by his colleagues. This young man is still going strong with his Saucy ideas producing six flavors.

Carmine’s ‘Q Sauce is the Official BBQ Sauce of Basil and Sage TV & Est 1972 Da Butcher’s Daughter as well as Pitmasters & BBQ lovers everywhere.
